Important information:

• All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to € 1,75 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure, which is payable upon departure;
• Prices are per apartment and day;
• For a short stay of under 4 days, we charge the price for high season;
• The final cleaning is included in the price;
• Apartment for 2 persons: If both rooms and both bathrooms are used, the price is for 3 persons;
• Linen, heating, dishes, electricity and water are included in the quoted price;
• The flat is obtainable from 1 p.m. and on the departure day the flat should be released at 10 a.m;
• The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
  In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
  3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking, 1 month to 1 week 90%, within the last week 100 %.
  In case of early departure, we need to charge the entire rate;
• Fresh breakfast bread delivered to your room (upon agreement);
• Barbeque site available;
• Washing machine for our guests down in the cellar;
• Pets welcome by arrangement.
